If you suffer from on-going symptoms such as pain, allergies,
inflammation or undue discomfort caused from stress, accidents and
chronic or debilitating medical conditions, allow yourself the pleasure

Alternative healing modalities
such as Reiki or gemstone therapy, raise the body's
energy vibration by releasing energy blockages, toxins and impurities
from the body.
In turn, energy flow is re-aligned and balanced on all levels (mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual); consequently the body
is stimulated and encouraged to re-generate and heal itself. These methods can be

enacted March 31, 2008). |

It is advisable to wear
loose, warm, layered, comfortable
clothing (when working with energy, the body may contract or expand or
fluctuate between hot and cold).
For cleanliness and sanitary purposes,
outdoor footwear or bare feet are not recommended or encouraged
indoors. Slippers are available or feel free to bring your
own or just wear socks. |

energy (Reiki) is channelled through the practitioner to release

One Source Learning Centre) or VISA are
