Integrative
healing modalities
(also called alternative or holistic) such as Reiki or Crystal & Gemstone Therapy, raise the body's
energy vibration by releasing energy blockages, toxins and impurities.
In turn, the energy flow is re-aligned and balanced on all levels (mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual). Consequently, the body
is stimulated and encouraged to re-generate and heal itself. These methods can be
effectively combined with traditional healing techniques to increase
your daily comfort level, thus enhancing your overall well-being.
They can also be safely used in conjunction with other integrative
therapies to intensify your recovery and comfort level.

It is advisable to wear
loose, warm, layered, comfortable
clothing. When working with energy, the body may contract or expand or
fluctuate between hot and cold.
For cleanliness and sanitary purposes,
outdoor footwear or bare feet are not recommended or encouraged
indoors. Slippers are available or feel free to bring your
own or just wear socks. |

How Does it Work? |
Universal life force
energy (Reiki) is channelled through the practitioner to the
client to release energy blockages, toxins and impurities.
In turn, proper energy flow and re-alignment occurs, thus
raising the body’s energy vibrational level, which further promotes
deep
relaxation, reduces stress, plus creates balance
and harmony on all
levels – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. This chain

Each crystal or gemstone contains its own unique energy
vibration or healing properties and the body is instinctively
drawn to what it requires in order to heal. By releasing energy blockages
or toxins/impurities, pain is reduced, inflammation is reduced and
the immune

allows the gentle subtle energy
vibration of crystals or gemstones unblock, correct, re-align and
