Spiritual Bridge

It is now the perfect time to build a bridge,
from your heart to your spiritual source.
No matter how silly this may sound,
it is necessary of course.

For you must create a stronger tie,
or a pathway to connect.
This is something unfortunately,
right now you seem to forget.

But don't worry or fret about this for long,
because you're the master at hand.
And the bridge that you build will grow so high,
into a two-way span.

This may seem like a foolish whim,
something you imagine to be.
A trick your mind is playing games,
of fantasies you only dream.

Have patience as you follow along,
the urgings of inner desires.
For there isn't any critical rush,
once you re-kindle this fire.

Alas, in order to build your bridge,
across the wide abyss.
Requires daily attention from you,
in order to accomplish this.

And your urgent desire to finish,
will override reasons you're making.
For feeble excuses why you aren't able,
to withstand vibrations of shaking.

This is a bridge not built on time,
but you know and can somehow feel.
That its cables and girders must be strong,
for spiritual connection to be real.

You are the master of your design,
and the builder of your destiny at hand.
So the bridge that you build will be perfect in form,
exactly as your soul has planned.
