Reiki
Level
1 Workshop
This
workshop teaches traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho,
which incorporates three levels of learning and five Reiki symbols.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will have the required skills for
applying Reiki to yourself for self-healing or to others and to animals
for non-professional healing.
Through attunement (or spiritual blessing), to Reiki Level 1, the energy of the Reiki symbols
will remain forever within your
aura, to be dispersed unconsciously through your hands whenever you apply
Reiki.

Avoid wearing cologne, perfume (or for the
gents, after-shave lotion) in order to reduce the risk of
triggering allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
Smoking is prohibited indoors or outdoors
in close proximity to the premise (as per Vancouver city by-law
enacted March 31, 2008). |
| Wear |
It is advisable to wear
loose, warm, layered, comfortable
clothing (when working with energy, the body may contract or expand or
fluctuate between hot and cold).
For cleanliness and sanitary purposes,
outdoor footwear or bare feet are not recommended or encouraged
indoors. Slippers are available or feel free to bring your
own or just wear socks. |
